The modular design starts at 10 m and can be expanded up to 42 meters to suit your application.

• Large-format cutting
Process extra-large or multiple parts without repositioning in continuous, uninterrupted fashion. Parts can be cut on one section of the table while offloaded on another, minimizing downtime.

• Easy access
Taurus makes it easy to access cut parts and load raw material because only the cutting gantry is covered. The 4-meter wide gantry provides protection around the cutting head and nozzle changer. Taurus also features a second 19-inch controller on the gantry and a handheld control for jog actions.

• Safety features
Three safety scanners ensure secure movement of the gantry; 2D scanners provide collision prevention. Specially-designed laser safety curtains prevent laser light from escaping the cutting zone.

• High dynamics
Dynamics and process reliability are unusually high for a machine of this size and ensure maximum throughput and precision in large-format cutting.

• High-tech cutting head
Designed for high laser power and 24/7 operation with faster zoom optics and motorized, infinitely variable adjustment of focus diameter and focus position for outstanding cutting performance and productivity.

• Filter unit
For additional filtration of dust and fumes, this high-efficiency unit uses new filtration technology to increase airflow through the collector while prolonging filter life.

• CADMAN® software suite
A full suite of software modules create a fully integrated process flow, including CADMAN-L laser cutting programming software, CADMAN-SDI drawing importer, CADMAN-JOB real-time data collection, job tracking and ERP connection, as well as a Touch-i4 tablet for KPI performance indication and sorting and validating parts.
