Flexible Automation (FA-L)

Highlights

• Ultra-fast load/unload
  FA-L can unload a processed sheet and load the next sheet onto the shuttle bed in just 35 seconds (FA-L 3015).
• Efficient handling
  The system seamlessly handles large volumes with common material type, thickness and size, as well as oversized or heavy work pieces. It can store 3000 kg per pallet (FA-L 3015), 5000 kg per pallet (FA-L 4020, 6020).
• User-friendly touchscreen interface
  The graphical Touch-A user control is intuitive and simple to use.
• Future retrofit
  This MOVit modular automation unit can be added as a retrofit in the future.

Options

• Motorised second loading table
  A second motorised infeed table with an input height of 240 mm enables the addition of a second material type.
• Automatic pallet selection
  Automatic pallet selection without operator intervention.
• Scratch-free unloading (FL-3015)
  Belt system on forks prevents scratches on finished parts: Loading cycle possible up to 20 mm. Unloading limited to 6 mm thickness.
• Scratch-free unloading (FL-4020 & FL-6020)
  Belt or chain system on forks prevents scratches on finished parts: Loading and unloading cycle possible up to 25 mm.
• Warehouse connection
  FA-L can be integrated with LVD’s Tower (TAS) or Warehouse (WAS) Automation systems or an external warehouse.
