A SERIES: HYDRAULIC CNC ANGLE PUNCHING AND SHEARING MACHINE
Our A series lines are CNC punching and shearing equipment for the processing of angles studied for small and medium size steel construction companies. These lines provide flexibility and simple use, and are characterized by an innovative infeed roller conveyor system allowing high precision with minimum loss of material.
Features
PUNCHING UNITS
The angle lines of A series are equipped with one, two or three punching units per flange. Each of them is fitted with easy removable punch-holders for quick punch and die change.
SHEARING UNIT
Single cut or double cut shears with special hold-down systems for utmost shearing precision. All shearing blades are manufactured internally to guarantee best quality and longer tool life.
MARKING UNIT
Marking of pieces is possible thanks to the rotating disc marking unit.
FLATS PUNCHING
Our A lines can be equipped with a flat processing device, complete with relevant hold-down system.
FLATS AND CHANNELS SHEARING
Special shear with quick-change system suitable to receive blades and relevant blade-holders for angles, flats and channels.
MULTI-FUNCTIONS UNIT
Special versa press which allow to set up the line with additional marking tool, double-punching unit and notching unit.
BAR POSITIONING AND MEASURING SYSTEM
This CNC controlled system consists in two rolls to support and transfer the angles, and one hold-down to ensure profile positioning.
IDLE ROLLS CONVEYORS
Infeed and outfeed conveyors fitted with idle rolls for manual profiles handling.
ROTATING LOADING SYSTEM
Special system with V-shaped supports for the automatic loading of the angles onto the infeed idle rolls conveyor.
