  The large-capacity turret provides tremendous flexibility for punching and forming operations. Three 88.9 mm auto-index stations can accept indexable multitools, adding even more tool capacity to reduce downtime due to tooling changeover.

  A full 25 mm feed clearance between the upper and lower turret allows for the production of higher forms such as lances, louvers, embossments or card guides.

  Strippit M machines are built on a heavy-duty frame with an advanced table positioning system that achieves high accuracy and repeatability over the entire table.
• Smart clamp
  The Smart Clamp feature automatically detects exact clamp locations to provide the smallest no-punch zones, maximizing material usage.
• Precision alignment
  Hardened steel guide bushings provide accurate punch and die alignment and are keyed to accept shapes in every station. Bushings can be quickly and easily replaced by the machine operator – avoiding costly re-machining of the turret.
• Energy reduction system
  Equipped with LVD’s Energy reduction system, Strippit M punch presses use up to 15% less electrical power than comparable machines and are less costly to operate and maintain.
• CADMAN® software suite 
  A full suite of software modules create a fully integrated process flow, including CADMAN-P punching programming software, CADMAN-SDI drawing importer, CADMAN-JOB real-time data collection, job tracking and ERP connection, as well as a Touch-i4 tablet for KPI performance indication and sorting and validating parts.

OPTIONS

• Combination table
  A steel ball and brush combination table offers increased loading and sheet carrying capacity to support thicker worksheets.
• ABS tool lubrication system
  Automatic lubrication of the punch and die ensures efficient stripping, extends the time between tool resharpening, and lengthens tool service life.
• MOVit automation
  The Strippit M punch press can be equipped with a compact Autoload system for loading/unloading or Compact Tower (CT-P) for loading, unloading and material/parts storage.
• Additional work clamp
  Strippit M-1225 and M-1525 models can be equipped with a third programmable work clamp. Work can be automatically relocated for better sheet utilization and material savings.
