Service Contract

Maintenance

Our service and maintenance contracts help ensure top performance and long service life for your LVD equipment. Regularly scheduled maintenance prevents problems from occurring and protects you from unplanned costs.

A maintenance contract provides:

Repair

If a machine repair is required, we’ll quickly get you back to top productivity. Your investment in a service contract assures you of the highest priority.

A service contract provides:

  • Next day availability for a majority of spare parts (even those for older machines)

A service contract offers complete access to technical support and machine programming support through factory or on-site training. To give you the benefits that best suit your needs, a service contract can be individually tailored. Users with more than one machine receive a discount on additional service contracts.

Repair & Maintenance

LVD will provide comprehensive after-service. We promises: the warranty period is one year since the installation and testing.If the machine meets operating trouble, we promises to offer solutions for user within 24 hours. After the expiry of warranty, we provide life-long maintenance to you.

Installation

We will arrange our engineer to our customer’s company for installation and technical training. All the terms should be discussed.

Training & Tutorial

Our company offers free technical training, after installation and adjustment on user’s site, training one/two operators and maintenance personnel respectively. Training includes the laser principle, construction equipment, process description, equipment maintenance, laser safety, operating procedures and simple troubleshooting.

Consultancy

We will offer intentional customers free production process scheme, including technical consultation, sample cutting, equipment selection,develop and customize or adjust accordingly to the special needs of customers.
